Do you offer a replacement if something is wrong or a guarantee?
If an item arrives to you and has a manufacturing error due to something on my end, (wrong size/width/pattern etc) then I will quickly work with you to make things right! However, once an item leaves me and my studio, I do not have any way of knowing or controlling how my products are used. I do my best to provide and inform customers of proper use and make all care and use information available on our website. It is impossible, for these reasons, for me to provide a guarantee of any kind on the products that I create.
If you do encounter a problem, please contact me so that we can discuss a possible repair to your gear. Should a repair be warranted, we do require shipping costs to be covered by the customer to and from Four Black Paws.
Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of these products for their individual situation. Consumer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using these products. Four Black Paws is not responsible for any and all injuries that can occur from the improper use of its products.
Customers who use our products acknowledge that Four Black Paws, LLC shall not be liable or responsible to any person, pet or entity for loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly by or from the products, information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced in any of our marketing material, packaging or website. In no event shall Four Black Paws, LLC. be liable to you or any other party for incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. It is the responsibility of the owner to comply with local safety standards with regards to care of pets, etc. Four Black Paws, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage of any of our products to pets or humans. Your receipt of payment for these goods is proof that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
